Flatfish

Wild caught in the cold, pristine waters of Alaska, Eastern’s flatfish are available in IQF/natural and IQF/breaded varieties. Natural fillets are skinless, boneless, and mild in flavor; panko-style breaded fillets are dual purpose, bake or fry, and suitable for all meal applications.

Retail, foodservice, and processor markets rely on Eastern flatfish for its value and consistent, fresh flavor. Retail-ready packaging (see below) or private label.
